Canadians are "asleep at the wheel" too! We've tried e-mail chain letters too, with no success. I really do not have the answer as to why North Americans have sat on their hands and done nothing about rising gas prices. How high do gas prices have to go before public citizens rebel, $4.00, $5.00/liter, and say as one, "We're not going to take it anymore!"
